Refund policy

At Maison Charmant™, each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. If for any reason your order is not suitable, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or an error occurred on our side.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days.

Limited pieces, accessories, and any item showing signs of wear cannot be refunded.
